Where are you located?
We are located at 40B Hansen Road South Brampton by hwy 410 & Queen St East.
Do you have dedicated parking?
We offer private, on-site parking exclusively for our members. In addition, there are several nearby public parking options and convenient transit routes, including Brampton Transit.
Do you have a branded app?
Yes. Our branded app, Sahara Place Canada, is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Through the app, you can book classes, purchase memberships, view the schedule, manage your account, and leave reviews — all in one place.

Classes & Memberships

Do memberships expire?
Our memberships do not expire — your wellness journey continues for as long as you’d like it to. Each membership includes a three month commitment, allowing you to experience the full benefits of consistency, community, and transformation. You may choose between our Unlimited Memberships.
Can I bring a guest with my membership?
reserved for our Unlimited Members.Each Unlimited Member may bring up to 2 guests per month, and can enjoy that service with the member. For example, if you have an Unlimited Yoga Membership you may bring up to 2 guests per month for a complimentary yoga class.
Are there membership initiation fees?
No — Sahara Place does not charge any initiation fees. Your journey begins the moment you join, with no additional sign-up costs.
Do you offer an introductory class or membership?
Yes. We offer two introductory options designed exclusively for first-time guests.

Our Discovery Pass is $80.00 and includes:
• One Reformer Pilates class
• One Infrared Hot Yoga class
• One 30-minute Contrast Therapy session

It’s a curated introduction to some of the signature experiences at Sahara Place.

We also offer a One-Week Unlimited Pass for $99.00. This pass gives first-time guests unlimited access for seven days to:
• Mat Pilates
• Reformer Pilates
• Infrared Hot Yoga

Both options are designed to help you explore the space, experience our classes, and find what feels best for you before committing to a membership.
If I’m on a monthly membership, can I put my account on hold?
Members may freeze membership for up to 2 months per year (after the first 3 months) with 14 days notice. Freeze fee: $25/month.
Do you offer corporate rates or private bookings?
Yes, we offer private classes and a corporate wellness program tailored to your organization’s needs. To inquire, please reach out to our Corporate Sales & Management Team at experience@saharaplace.com.
How do I create or update my account information?
You can create an account or update your details online or directly in the Sahara Place App. Please note: only one account per customer is permitted.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, please email experience@saharaplace.com or visit our Front Desk. All memberships require a 3 month commitment. Cancellations before the end of this term will incur an early-termination fee.
Can I share my membership or account?
Shareable memberships are exclusively available with our Unlimited Membership options. Any modifications to the membership require the mutual approval of both members, provided either in writing or in person. Please note that only one account per customer is permitted even with the shareable memberships.

Credits

Do you offer credits?
Yes. We offer flexible class credit options for both Hot Yoga and Reformer Pilates, available in 5, 10, or 15-class packs, which must be used within 30 days of purchase.

For Contrast Therapy, offer 3, 5, and 10-session class packs.
Can credits be shared with others?
Yes. Credits may be shared with guests and will be deducted from the credit holder's account.
What is a credit?
A credit is used to book classes and at Sahara Place. Each class or session uses 1 credit per class / session. Credits give you flexibility to choose how and when you want to enjoy your wellness journey within a certain period of time.
How many credits can I use in a day?
You can use as many credits as you’d like per day.

Take one class or two — it’s completely up to you and your schedule.
How can I purchase credits?
You can purchase credits in person at Sahara Place, directly through our website, or easily through our branded app for a seamless booking experience anytime.

Studio Policies

Your first visit to Sahara Place
Welcome — we’re so excited to have you join our oasis. Please arrive 20 minutes before your first class to complete your waiver, check in, and settle into the space.

Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and any personal essentials. Lockers with built-in locks are provided.
Do I have to book online in advance, or can I just show up?
Booking online is recommended to ensure you secure a spot in class, but walk-ins are welcome, provided there are spots available!
When should I arrive for class?
For your first visit, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early. Returning members can arrive 10 minutes before class to ground themselves and prepare.
What if I’m running late?
To honour the flow, doors close once the session begins. Doors open 5 minutes before class and remain open for 1 minute after start time. Late entry is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
● Guests & members may cancel their class, session, or appointment up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not allow refunds and do not accept refund requests for price adjustments.
Can I bring my phone into class?
To help everyone stay fully present, we kindly ask that phones remain outside the studio during class.
When do class schedules get released?
Our class schedule is readily available on our website and app.
How does the waitlist work?
If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added up to 10 minutes before class begins. If you cannot attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrollment and penalties.

Checking In

How do I check in for class?
1. Self check-in on the Sahara Place app.
2. Check in at studio doors with an instructor.
3. Check in at the front desk (required for first visits).
How does self check-in work?
You can check yourself in via the app. Self check-in opens 30 minutes before class and closes 5 minutes before start.
Self check-in policy
You must attend a class you’ve checked in for. Checking in and not attending will result in double the no-show fee.
How do I use self check-in?
Open your app. If you are physically at Sahara Place (location on) and within the time window, you will see a 'Check In' button.
Who can use self check-in?
Available to all customers except first-time guests and those with unsigned waivers.

Services & Facilities

Do you have showers? Do I need a towel?
Yes — we have luxury rain showers and spa-grade toiletries. Towel service is exclusive to select membership tiers; otherwise, please bring your own.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We encourage personal mats for comfort, but rental and purchase options are available at the Front Desk.
Who can access the lounge?
The lounge access is premium add on. If you would like to purchase lounge access please call us today or email us. To inquire about private event bookings, contact experience@saharaplace.com.
Do you have private saunas?
Yes — our private contrast therapy suite offers a dual infrared sauna, cold plunge, and steam room. Available in 30 or 60-minute sessions.
What should I wear in the sauna?
Swimwear or light athletic attire. Please place a towel down before using the sauna.
Do you accept cash?
Sahara Place is a cashless facility.
Can I purchase items if I don’t work out here?
Absolutely. Our boutique welcomes everyone.
